Why an anime/manga site?
Anime is good,(IMO) but manga is better. Manga has further detail allowing for a better understanding of the story. I enjoy seeing my favorite anime just as much as the next person, but I just happen to prefer reading my manga. Sometimes the person who wrote the manga isn't involved with the production of the anime. Ex. Kare Kano (His and Her Circumstances). Tsuaba, the author of KK manga hated the KK anime that Gainax produced.
